Out Of The Dark was developed in Vancouver, BC Canada by Shony Bar-Elan with the aim to harness the growing power of the web and related computer technologies for the purpose of offering a useful and practical website as a free service that anyone can use easily with tangible benefits. Out Of The Dark or OOTD for short is part of the MyExperience (MyExp) family of free web services at: www.myexp.org.
Whether you are a student on a tight budget or a corporate executive on a big budget, OOTD offers a powerful yet simple online budgeting tool to manage your personal finance with minimum time and effort, no matter where in the world you are. OOTD's is free, safe and anonymous to use, you never give out your personal identity or access to your bank accounts. Being a free community based website, OOTD users are welcome to participate in its ongoing growth and development via interaction with other users and the developer in the Users Billboard and the OOTD Blog available from the footer of any page.

I developed the Out Of The Dark website in my spare time because I love the web, I love website design, I love to be organized with my money, and I love to share. My rewards and satisfaction are in seeing that something I built is useful for others, and to that end you the user are the most qualified person to let me know what works and what doesn't work for you and what your wish list is for this site. Once logged in, you may use the "Contact" menu option to send me a message or you can also use the Users Billboard from any page footer to talk to other OOTD users.
