Out Of The Dark was developed in Vancouver, BC Canada by Shony Bar-Elan with the aim to harness the growing power of the web and related computer technologies for the purpose of offering a useful and practical website as a free service that anyone can use easily with tangible benefits. Out Of The Dark or OOTD for short is part of the MyExperience (MyExp) family of free web services, being the second member next to the MyExp website at: www.myexp.org.
Whether you are a student on a tight budget or a corporate executive on a big budget, OOTD offers a powerful online tool to manage your personal finance via budgeting with minimum time and effort, no matter where in the world you are. OOTD's is free and anonymous to use so you never give out your personal identity or access to your bank accounts.
